Cancellations!
To cancel a booking with Travelers-taxi.com, customers must give at least 4 hours notice via email. There is a 10% administration/transaction charge per journey, and customers will receive a confirmation email upon cancellation. If no confirmation email is received, customers should call the hotline or send a text message. Refunds will not be issued for no-shows or cancellations made with less than 4 hours' notice. For all other circumstances where a refund may be possible, customers should contact customer services via email or text message to bookings@travlers-taxi.com
