What is the 'Meet and Greet' service?
The “Meet and Greet” service is where the driver will park their vehicle and meet you with a name board in the appropriate place (e.g. an Arrivals Hall at an Airport).
This service is not included on our journeys as standard but can be added for an additional fee, to cover parking charges.
The driver will put exactly what you entered in the “Head Passenger Full Name” field onto the name board, therefore if you’d rather the driver doesn’t know the passenger’s name then use a pseudonym instead.
Obviously, you will need to make sure the passenger is aware so they know what to look out for
Will I incur any extra charges if my plane is delayed?
No, we will track your plane’s progress when it is in the air,
We have an excellent flight monitoring system and we are always aware if your flight is delayed or even early. Therefore we can ensure your driver only goes to the meeting point when your flight lands. This means that the client pays no extra charges no matter how late the flight is. We do ask that all passengers notify us should they still not have entered the arrival hall 1 hour after their flight lands.
Cancellations
we will accept any cancellation as long as 4 hours' notice is provided. There will be a 10% administration/transaction charge per journey. All cancellations must be made via email and you will receive a confirmation from us. If you do not receive an email from Travelers -taxi.com confirming the cancellation, then we have not received it. In this case please call our hotline or drop off a text at +44 7947800972. Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances.
No refund is made if the passenger does not show up for pre-paid journeys.
No refund is made for cancellation of a booking with less than 4 hours' notice provided or afterward.
